Non-Refundable

All payments made for services, courses, and other offerings at ANDT (Advanced Institute of Nondestructive Testing & Training) are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Withdrawal from a course or program after enrollment.
• Failure to attend or complete the course or program.
• Cancellation of services by the user.

Non-Transferable

All payments and services are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrollment, services, or payments to another individual or entity, including but not limited to:

• Transferring course or program enrollment to another person.
• Transferring service credits to another person or entity.

Course Cancellation by ANDT

In the event that a course or program is canceled by ANDT, students will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, ANDT will offer the following options:

• Enrollment in a similar course or program at a later date.
• Full credit towards another course or program offered by ANDT.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of exceptional circumstances, ANDT reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such decisions will be at the sole discretion of ANDT and will not set any precedent for future cases. Exceptional circumstances may include:

• Medical emergencies with proper documentation.
• Family emergencies with proper documentation.

Procedure for Refund Requests

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please follow the procedure below:

• Submit a written request to our administration office, providing detailed reasons for the refund request along with any supporting documentation.
• All requests must be submitted within 14 days of the event leading to the refund request.
• ANDT will review the request and notify you of the decision within 30 days.
