Digital radiography is becoming new more widely used for detecting defects, cracks, corrosion, erosion, etc.

Digital radiography can be used for all industries in a variety of applications generally for assessing pipes, valves, and fittings. One of the main advantages of this method is it can be done on a wide variety of materials like aluminum, steel plastics, etc.
it is very similar to conventional radiography, but instead of capturing the image in the film, images are captured using either flat panel detectors or phosphor-coated imaging plate.

There is various advantages of digital radiograph such as the image captured can be enlarged or magnified for accurate assessment and interpretation of the defects.
Our inspectors can provide instant reporting as digital images are easy to store, share, and assess. These images can be shared with a different location so our inspectors can assess the image on-site or off-site. As there are no films to store there is no need to create storage arrangements and safety measures that are required when using a conventional film.
Another advantage is related to cost, as the conventional radiography has cost variable depending on the film cost digital radiography eliminates that problem.
