Radiographic Testing (RT) course can be done online from any part of the world.
It is a Nondestructive Testing method that is used in various Industries to identify weld defects in joints, castings, weld structures, etc. This is used to identify volumetric defects or discontinuities in most of the welds prior to assembly or sometimes after assembly also.
Radiography Testing is done to identify defects or discontinuities captured on radiographic films based on the absorption of radiation due to density difference in material or part. This method and technique are not limited by material type or density.
After successful completion of training, participants will be appearing for the Level I exam.
Participants will be certified as NDT RT Level I after successfully clearing the exam.
Candidates with a diploma in Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering, Metallurgy, Civil or any engineering) or bachelor’s degree in math, science, or plus 2 / intermediate with math, science are eligible for the courses.
In addition, the candidate must meet the following other eligibility as per the written practice.
• Near-vision acuity
• Color contrast differentiation
